Villa Dubai | AAA | 2024

UAE, DubaiConceptual DesignDesign Perspectives

A contemporary villa concept in Dubai, bringing together generous gathering spaces, warm timber and expressive stone finishes. Curved seating, vertical screens and an illuminated staircase shape the reception and dining areas, while deep green accents give the family lounge a relaxed character. The majlis pairs pale upholstery with a branching chandelier and layered coffee tables, creating an inviting setting for entertaining. Upstairs, a lounge and kitchenette complement bedrooms with integrated desks, softly lit shelving and distinctive headboard treatments. The main suite explores both sculptural and timber-led details, while the bathrooms continue the material palette through floating vanities, veined surfaces and carefully placed lighting.
