Sometimes, home is a place we discover far from where our story began.
For an Italian woman who fell in love with Lebanon and made it her home eight years ago, this apartment in Ashrafieh was an opportunity to express a belonging she already felt. Her wish was simple: to feel at home.
A practitioner of yoga and Reiki, she wanted her surroundings to reflect her way of life. Working with the existing apartment, I introduced a personal layer of design, shaping the space around her routines, her sensibilities and the things that mattered to her.
The intention was to honour what was already there while giving it a more intimate identity—a home that felt familiar, grounding and unmistakably hers.
